Religious Education
The Board of Deacons for Religious Education oversees education programs at CCDC, including programming for children and youth as well as study and growth opportunities for adult questioners and seekers.
Below are the various religious education options we have available.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Our Sunday School meets during the 10:00 AM worship service. Children begin in worship with their families and leave for their respective classes after the children’s message. We currently run three classes: preK–1st grades, 2-4th grades, and 5-7th grades.
Meditation and Prayer Group
We are meeting on Thursdays, 4-5pm in the Masland Chapel. Everyone is welcome! No attendance requirements to this open group. Join us as we gather to observe a period of guided relaxation and mindful silence followed by the sharing of personal, congregational and wider prayerful concerns
STUDY GROUPS
Our congregation has several options available to adults to continue their religious education.
