Missions & Ministries – SignUp
At CCDC we value reaching out to our community and beyond to support social justice by helping our neighbors in need. Our goal is to continue our current efforts while opening ourselves to new possibilities. Below are some of the efforts we have made to extend our service to our community and beyond.
We welcome all, both those at CCDC and those outside CCDC, to become involved in our missions. You don’t have to be a CCDC member to be a volunteer to help others. If you are interested in becoming a member, come join us and reap the benefits!
If you would like to financially support our Missions, please visit our Give page.

Zimbabwe/Ukama partnership
The Ukama Partnership is a relationship between the United Church of Christ (UCC) in New Hampshire and the United Church of Christ in Zimbabwe (UCCZ). “Ukama” means “kinship” or “family” in the Shona language, reflecting the deep connection and mutual support between the two churches. Our partnership focuses on shared ministry, addressing needs like food security, theological education, and other local concerns. If you would like to make a financial contribution in support of our family in Zimbabwe please visit our Give page or send us a check and note it is for for Zimbabwe.
